My Name is Dan Hendrickson, I am a 55 year old Vietnam Vet, and I just retired from the D.O.D., where I worked on various missle and turpedo programs, for over 30 years.
I picked Stevens County, as I spent a portion of my childhood here, also their are over 300 days of Sunshine and a lot of peace and quite.
In my search for a home I met Len and Carol Hoare who are a realtor team.
Len & Carol spent countless hours showing me everthing the MLS had to offer. During the home search we become friends, and after they found just the right home for me, it didn't end there.
They gave up a Saturday and helped paint my home and fixed dinner for my family and I.
I still stop by the office when I am in town, for a handshake, a hug and a hot cup of coffee.
